How does aromatherapy improve CONCENTRATION?

When I was young, my parents always tell me to pay full attention in class in order to attain good grades. Indeed, focus is definitely one of the most important factors needed in allowing a student to excel in studies. However, when put under pressure from various areas, one might face difficulties in concentrating and not do as well as expected. One main reason for an unfocused mind is due to lack of sleep, where insomnia is the worst scenario. Thus, I propose the following solutions to counter the problems creating a loss in focus. These solutions will need to be carried out through implementation of aromatherapy, a therapy I strongly recommend, since it is easy to access to.

 

Inhalation
Inhalation of essential oils with uplifting effects will aid in improving one’s concentration as one gets energised. Also, inhalation of essential oils with calming effects will induce sleep in one and allows one to rest well for the night. With a good rest and a more energetic mind, one can now concentrate much better and absorb more from education than before.

Bathing
Bathing is definitely an excellent way of relieving stress and promoting relaxation. By soaking in different types of diluted essential oils, one can achieve different therapeutic effects. Some oils provide calming effects and allow one to rest his/her mind at ease with no disturbance at all. After which, he/she will feel recharged and now more able to focus on his/her work. Other oils induce sleep in the user and enable him/her to sleep well and wake up refreshed the next morning.
